1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jl999 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). By using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you give your full consent to these Terms.

jl999 is committed to providing a safe, encrypted, and fair gaming environment for users in Bangladesh. All services offered on our platform are governed by these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — jl999's website, software, and related services.
• "Member" — any person who holds a registered account on jl999.
• "Gaming Funds" — money deposited into a member's account and available for gameplay.
• "Bonus" — additional credits granted under a promotional offer.

1.2 Applicability

These Terms apply to all users in Bangladesh. Our services are approved for personal entertainment use only. Resale or reuse for commercial or professional purposes is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on jl999 and use our services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use our platform. Participation on this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. You must provide truthful information about your age when registering. jl999 may request supporting documents to verify identity and age at any time.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Members of the same household may each use a separate account, but operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited. jl999 reserves the right to suspend both accounts if this rule is violated.

2.4 Account Transfer

Transferring or selling an account, balance, or bonus to any third party is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. jl999 is not liable for unauthorized access to your account unless it results directly from our own negligence.

3.1 Password Protection

• Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols).
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are advised to change your password regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension

jl999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account, particularly when:

• There is a suspicion of a Terms violation.
• A risk of fraud or money laundering is identified.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• An instance of bonus abuse occurs.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on jl999 via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally reflected in the account instantly.
• A correct transaction reference must be provided at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement on bonus funds is completed.
• Withdrawals may only be made via a payment method registered in the member's own name.

4.3 Transaction Verification

jl999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or large transactions. Funds may be held temporarily while this process is underway.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jl999 offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposited → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000.
• ৳6,000 deposited → ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The current wagering requirement is 25x — on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus combined).

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Additional Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only; separate promotional terms apply to subsequent deposits.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within a set time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is detected (e.g., risk-free betting strategies), the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.
• jl999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

jl999's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond. The conditions for moving to a higher tier are displayed on the platform.
